On 15 May 2024, the Embassy of Malaysia in Seoul had the honour of hosting a courtesy visit by a delegation from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), led by its Vice Chancellor, Prof Datuk Dr. Ahmad Fauzi Ismail. The meeting provided an opportunity for both sides to engage in fruitful discussions regarding potential collaborations and avenues for enhancing educational cooperation between UTM and universities in the Republic of Korea. During the meeting, the UTM delegation also shared valuable insights into the recent Memorandum of Understanding signed between UTM and Seoul National University, emphasising the significance of this collaborative endeavor in advancing research and technological capabilities between both nations.
