Courtesy Visit on H.E. Dato' Mohd Zamruni Khalid, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Republic of Korea (ROK) by the representatives from Halal Advancement Institute of Korea (HAI KOREA), joined by MATRADE Seoul. HAI KOREA is a certification agency under the Korea Muslim Federation (KMF), providing assistance to Korean companies in obtaining Halal certification, Halal education, research & innovation, global networking, and market penetration. Both sides explored collaboration to further promote the Halal industry in the ROK market as the total market size of the halal industry is anticipated to expand to USD 7.7 trillion by 2025, up from USD5.7 trillion in 2021.
