The Embassy of Malaysia in Seoul had the opportunity to directly engage Mr Lee Min-geun, Mayor of Ansan City on 15 April 2024 where such an opportunity was used to discuss issues of mutual concern. Ansan City which is located approximately an hour away from Seoul is home to more than 100,000 foreign residents from 115 countries. It has the highest foreign resident ratio as opposed to other cities in the Republic of Korea.
