On 22 April 2026, His Excellency Dato’ Mohd Zamruni Khalid, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Republic of Korea (ROK) had an interview session with AJU Media Group in the Embassy of Malaysia in the ROK.
The interview primarily focused on the multifaceted relationship between Malaysia, ASEAN, and the ROK, highlighting the six decades of strong foundations shared between the two nations. His Excellency emphasised that Malaysia remains open and welcoming to the further strengthening of bilateral relations in years to come. Key topics included enhancing cooperation in trade, energy sustainability, technology, halal cooperation, and cultural exchange to further deepen the strategic partnership.
Ambassador Zamruni also took the opportunity to introduce some of Malaysian delicacies, offering a taste of Malaysian hospitality.
