A special meeting was arranged between Lotte Welfare Foundation and the Embassy of Malaysia on 27 July 2023 where at the meeting, the former reiterated the fact that this year marked the 11th year of Lotte Scholarship Foundation (LSF). The Foundation gave the assurance that they remained committed in supporting education-related initiatives and would continue advancing knowledge for underprivileged students in Malaysia.
At the meeting, 4 Korean companies presented their interest in carrying out businesses towards ASEAN, particularly, in Malaysia. In response, H.E. Datuk Lim Juay Jin gave the assurance that the Malaysian Government was committed in facilitating Korean companies in advancing their businesses and interest in Malaysia.
