A special ceremony was held on 8 August 2025 to celebrate the launch of the Seoul ASEAN Hall, a vibrant new space dedicated to showcasing the rich cultural diversity and dynamic future of ASEAN. The event was hosted by the ASEAN-Korea Centre (AKC) and drew an esteemed crowd, including H.E. Kim Jina, Vice Minister II of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, as well as ASEAN Ambassadors, Chargés d’Affaires, and other distinguished guests.
The opening of the Hall, described as a hub for cultural exchange and discovery, also fittingly coincided with the 58th ASEAN Day, adding deeper meaning to the celebration. With this new space, the AKC aims to strengthen people-to-people ties and raise awareness of ASEAN’s growing presence in the country and beyond.
