On 8 March 2019, H.E. Dato Mohd Ashri Muda presented his Letter of Credence to H.E. Moon Jae-in, President of the ROK at the ROK Presidential Office. The Ambassador was accompanied by his spouse, son and Embassy officials. H.E. Dato Mohd Ashri Muda arrived in Seoul, ROK on 9 February 2019 as the new Ambassador of Malaysia to the ROK. He replaced H.E. Dato Rohana Ramli who retired from the civil service on 28 August 2018.
