On 16 March 2017, the Special Committee on Low Fertility and Aging Population of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea had organised a seminar Tackling Low Fertility, Aging and Best practices with Foreign Ambassadors. The Special Committee had invited several Ambassadors including H.E. Dato’ Rohana Ramli. Besides Malaysia, the Ambassadors that had participated in the Seminar were France, Norway, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Germany and the Philippines. The Seminar provided a good platform for Malaysia to share its experience in overcoming the challenges of low birth rates and aging population.
