Malaysia participated in the Southeast Asia Investment Forum that was held in conjunction with SEMICON Korea 2024. Two Malaysian speakers, namely, Mr Ruhizam Idris (Director of MIDA Seoul) and Dato’ Hasan Azhari Idris (CEO of Invest Selangor) enlightened approximately 100 participants or so on various investment opportunities, notably, on the incentives offered by Malaysia and Selangor. Also highlighted was the upcoming 4th Selangor Investment & Industrial Park Expo 2024 (SPARK 2024) which will take place from 25 – 27 July 2024 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Three other speakers representing the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam were also present were each of them seized the opportunity to update the participants on the latest investment trends and opportunities in their countries, respectively.
