On 24 April 2026, His Excellency Dato’ Mohd Zamruni Khalid, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Republic of Korea (ROK), joined fellow members of the ASEAN Committee in Seoul (ACS) for a visit to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency (SMPA). The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Park Jeong-Bo, the SMPA Commissioner.
During the session, the delegation received a briefing on the protection of ASEAN nationals and their communities, as well as matters concerning policing and requests for support for future embassy events. The visit concluded with a comprehensive tour of the SMPA headquarters, providing the delegation with an insightful look into the agency’s daily operations.
