'Berbasikal Mengelilingi Dunia 2' (Cycling Around the World)

On 5 August 2010, Ambassador Zainal Abidin Ahmad flagged off the 'Berbasikal Mengelilingi Dunia 2' @ BDM2 (Cycling Around the World) duo at the Embassy of Malaysia, Vientiane.  The two cyclists, Abdul Khalib Zakaria and Mohd Aswad Zainal spent two nights in Vientiane after cycling 2,200km from Putrajaya.  They are expected to complete the mission in 288 days, or by 26 April 2010.  Their journey can be followed at www.bmd2.multiply.com
