On Tuesday, 26 January 2010, His Excellency Phongsavat Boupha, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao PDR, on behalf of the Government of the Lao PDR, signed condolence books for Al-Marhum DYMM Sultan Iskandar ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Ismail, Sultan of Johor and Allahyarham Tun Ghazali Shafie, former Minister of Home Affairs and Minister of Foreign Affairs at the Embassy of Malaysia, Vientiane.
