SunGuard System Access Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and Phongsavanh Bank signed an agreement in Vientiane, on 23 May 2009 to develop a full card management system for the Bank. The new system will be ready before the 25th SEA Games in Vientiane in December 2009.
