The Malaysia Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) Alumni lunch was held at the Don Chan Palace Hotel, Vientiane on 10 June 2009. 8 for participants who had attended various courses under the MTCP for the first half of 2009 attended the lunch. The Lao participants took the opportunity during the lunch to express their views on the benefits that they had gained in attending the courses in Malaysia.
