On Wednesday, 29 March 2017, Mdm. Gloria Tiwet, Director of Sarawak Regional Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia made a Courtesy Call on Y.Bhg. Datu Ganie Ugay, Ketua Majlis, Majlis Adat Istiadat Sarawak (MAIS) at Kota Samarahan, Kuching. The Director was accompanied by Mr. Mohd Shahril Rahmat, officer of the Sarawak Regional Office. The Courtesy Call was made in introducing the Sarawak Regional Office, including its roles and functions and to foster close cooperation with Majlis Adat Istiadat Sarawak (MAIS).
