13 November 2020 1 views

The High Commission of Malaysia in Abuja wishes to inform that based on the latest information received from the Ministry of Health (MOH) Malaysia, all individuals (Malaysians and Non-Malaysians) who are returning to Malaysia can now make the payments for the COVID-19 testing and quarantine costs via online platforms -

(i) MySafeTravel System - https://safetravel.myeg.com.my/

(ii) MyQr by MyEG App - can be downloaded from Google Playstore

Non-Malaysians/Foreigners who are travelling to Malaysia are required (mandatory) to make the payments through the abovementioned system/app before their departure and this requirement will be enforced starting from 15 November 2020.

As for Malaysians, you are encouraged to use the system/app to make the payments before returning to Malaysia.

After the payments have been done via the system/app, a QR code will be generated and this will be used as proof of payment upon arrival at KLIA.

The other requirements - i.e. completing the Letter of Undertaking (LoU) and obtaining the travel permission from the High Commission of Malaysia in Abuja are still in force.

For any further clarifications/enquiries, please contact the High Commission at +234-92908488 or email - mwabuja@kln.gov.my.

Thank you.
