E-Konsular Mobile Application
Launched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, the e-Konsular mobile application allows:
- Both Malaysian citizens and non-citizens to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Malaysian citizens to register their presence abroad (whether short- or long-term presence) with the closest Malaysian diplomatic missions. This would facilitate and expedite assistance in the event of any incidents.
- Both Malaysian citizens and non-citizens to view a list of all Malaysian diplomatic missions and locate the nearest mission based on their current location.
This app can be downloaded by scanning the QR Code on the attached poster or via the App Store for Apple devices, Google Play for Android devices, or AppGallery for Huawei devices.
