CHECKLIST FOR CANCELLATION
(TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT)
The following documents are required for cancellation application:
- Passport / Travel Document (Original & Photocopy)
- List of the companies with the number of Cancellation Workers and Total number of companies and passports - 'Appendix I' (2 copies)
- Photocopy of Approval Letter from the Department of Immigration Malaysia
- Highlight the workers particular clearly which are to be cancelled
- Name list of cancellation workers (2 copies) - 'Appendix II'
- Authorized / Power of Attorney letter from the Malaysian Company (Employer)
- Covering letter from the authorized Nepalese Manpower Agency requesting for the cancellation
Notes:
- For the authorized / power of attorney letter should be addressed to:

- Any documents not in English language, must attach with a copy of its English translation
