Checklist For Issuance Of Good Conduct Certificate

CHECKLIST FOR ISSUANCE OF GOOD CONDUCT CERTIFICATE

• Three (3) copies of the application form together with three (3) recent passport sized photograph (light blue background).
• Original and three (3) photocopies of Identification Card (for Malaysian citizens only).
• Original and three (3) photocopies of passport (front and back passport's pages for Malaysian citizen and all passport's pages for foreign citizens).
• An introduction letter from the employer (for foreign citizens only).

Note:

a.  The applicant must be present during Submission and Collection of Good Conduct Certificate.

b.  The foreign citizens must stayed in Malaysia for one (1) year and beyond for the application.

c.  The Good Conduct Certificate processing fee:

     NRs. 700/- per document

d.  Our Client Charter is three (3) months for the Good Conduct Certificate from the submission date.
