Honourable Dato' Dr. James Dawos Mamit, Deputy Minister of Tourism and Honourable Datuk Dr. Makin@Marcus Mojigoh, Member of Parliament for Putatan, led the Malaysian Delegation to the 16th General Assembly of the Asia Pacific Parliamentarians' Conference on Environment and Development (APPCED), on 14 to 18 January 2013 in Kathmandu, Nepal.
