On 6-7 December 2017, the ASEAN Committee in Muscat (ACM) paid a working visit to Duqm Special Economic Zone, Al Wusta Governorate, Sultanate of Oman. During the visit, the ACM had a briefing with Mr. Lee Chee Kian, Chief Executive Officer of Duqm Special Economic Zone Authority (SEZAD) and Mr. Ismail Al Balushi, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of SEZAD. The ACM was also taken on a tour around Duqm Special Economic Zone which included Port of Duqm, Oil Refinery and Petrochemical, Sebacic Oman Project, China-Oman Industrial City and Rock Garden.
