CELEBRATION OF 60TH NATIONAL DAY OF MALAYSIA

On the eve of the 60^th National Day of Malaysia, Malaysian community of all races gathered at the Café Malaysia Oman, Muscat, on 30 August 2017 for Merdeka Day countdown. The café resounded with the cry of “Merdeka” which was repeated three times as the clock struck at 8.00 p.m. local time in Muscat that corresponded to 12 midnight in Kuala Lumpur. The crowd were feted with delightful Malaysian meals such as nasi tomato, ayam masak merah, and rendang daging. The dinner was followed by a rip-roaring Karaoke session.
