Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Issa Alharthy, Deputy Foreign Minister of Oman; H.E. Dr. Bakhait bin Ahmed Al Mahri, Deputy Minister for Higher Education; and H.E. Dr. Saif bin Abdullah Al Haddabi, Deputy Minister for Research and Innovation in December 2024 on the occasion of the end of his tour of duty.
Both sides cherished the Malaysia-Oman relations.
