INTER-EMBASSY FUTSAL TOURNAMENT, 17 – 26 MAY 2019

From 17-26 May 2019, the Embassies of Malaysia and Bahrain successfully organised the inaugural Inter-Embassy Futsal Tournament which was held at ZAK Football Ground, Bawsher. The nightly Ramadan tournament saw the participation of eight teams made up of players from Bahrain, ASEAN, India, Jordan, Morocco, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia. In a pulsating final, Team Jordan emerged champion beating Team Morocco 4-2, while Team Saudi Arabia grabbed the 2nd Runner Up spot.
