Karachi, 29-31 March 2013: Tourism Malaysia participates at ChuttiShow, Pakistan’s first international travel and tourism exhibition. The exhibition aims at showcasing Malaysia and other participating countries as preferred outbound destination for Pakistan market. In conjunction with Visit Malaysia Year 2014, the Consulate General of Malaysia in Karachi has undertaken various promotion campaigns to woo more travellers from Pakistan to visit Malaysia. 79,989 Pakistani tourists visited Malaysia in 2012, a 9.5% increase from 73,046 arrivals recorded during the previous year.
