Consulate General of Malaysia hosted Flag-Raising Ceremony at the Consulate to mark the 67th Independence Day of Malaysia, earlier today.
The event began with flag-raising ceremony accompanied by national anthem of Malaysia ‘Negaraku’, speech by Consul General, ‘Tanggal 31 Ogos’ song, Malaysian breakfast, delayed telecast of Merdeka celebration in Malaysia, 'Sheriff: Narko Integriti' (Malay movie) show and colouring activity for kids.
Consul General, Mr Herman Hardynata Ahmad in his speech, emphasized the significance of Malaysia Independence Day, reflecting upon the rich history and remarkable achievements that shaped the nation.
Guests were delighted by scrumptious Malaysian delicacies prepared by PERWAKILAN Karachi.
