CLIENT’S CHARTER

The Embassy of Malaysia in Lima, Peru is committed and hereby promises to deliver quality, efficient, accurate and within reasonable time frames for the following services:

To provide and disseminate accurate information on Malaysia towards the enhancement of the bilateral relations with Peru and to countries that has been concurrently accredited to Bolivia, Colombia and Panama;
To provide efficient protocol and consular services within its mandate;
To foster friendly relations with the people, agencies, private sector and the Government;
To strengthen Malaysia’s interest through participation in the international conferences, meetings and seminars;
To ensure excellent and efficient services to the clients of Embassy of Malaysia in Peru; and
To safeguard and advance Malaysia’s national interest in all fields through proactive diplomacy.
