A team from Orlaith Inc Sdn Bhd from Malaysia was in Port Moresby on a trade visit , 11 – 18 December 2010. The members of the team were Mr. Mohd Nor Azam Ismail Bakri, Managing Director, Pn Suziyana Natasya Abdullah, Executive Director, Mr. Tan Siew Heng, Director and Mr. Mohd Shahzani Hamzah, Executive.
On 16 December 2010, the team paid a courtesy call on the Malaysian High Commissioner, H.E. Datin Blanche Olbery at the Chancery and they exchanged views on investment opportunities in Papua New Guinea. The team was introduced to the PNG LNG business opportunities available to foreigners at a briefing at IBBM Enterprise Centre. The team also met with officials from the Investment Promotion Authority (IPA) on the registration of business.
