EID-UL-FITRI HIGH TEA RECEPTION AND AGM OF MALAYSIA ASSOCIATION OF PAPUA NEW GUINEA

The High Commission of Malaysia and Malaysia Association of PNG organised the Eid-Ul-Fitri High-Tea reception on Saturday, 10 October 2009 at the Carpenter House Training in Waigani, Port Moresby.

The High Tea reception was held after the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Malaysia Association of PNG. In the AGM, Mr. Nathaniel Ho was re-elected as President of Malaysia Association of PNG.

In her speech at the AGM. H.E Datin Blanche Olbery, High Commissioner of Malaysia hoped the new committee would be able to take the association to greater heights. H.E Datin Blanche also encouraged a larger and wider section of Malaysians in PNG to participate in the association to reflect the "1 Malaysia" spirit.
