It was the first Heads of Mission Luncheon for year 2013 and the last for the outgoing Australian High Commissioner, HE Ian Kemish who will end his tour of duty on 1 March. As the Dean of Diplomatic Corps, PYT Datin Seri Blanche Olbery gave a short farewell remarks and the diplomatic corps presented the Australian High Commissioner a farewell gift.
