The Embassy of Malaysia hosted the ASEAN Day Celebration on 8 August 2018 at the Sheraton Hotel Doha. The event was attended by Mr. Rashid Al Dehaimi, representative of Asian Affairs Department, ASEAN Ambassadors and ASEAN Community Leaders residing in Doha.
The event began with the Qatar national anthem, ASEAN song and also the performance of Bali Cultural Dance. The ASEAN Day Celebration speech was delivered by H.E. Dato’ Ahmad Fadil Shamsuddin as the Chair of ASEAN Committee Doha.
