The Embassy of Malaysia in Moscow would like to encourage all Malaysians including the students who are currently residing in the Russian Federation to register as Malaysia voter (Pengundi Luar Negara). You may wish to personally come to the Embassy during office hours to fill up the Voter Registration Form and bring along your passport and identification card. In conjunction with the upcoming events, the Embassy will also be arranging a Special Consular Counter including for voting registration and renewal of passport services, as follows:
