PASSPORT RENEWAL
EXTENSION OF MALAYSIAN PASSPORT’S VALIDITY
Currently, the Malaysian International Passport can no longer be extended. Upon expiry a new passport application must be made to replace the expired passport.
APPLICATION FOR A NEW MALAYSIAN PASSPORT

1. | 1 copy of Passport Application Form (IM.42-Pin.1/97) – can be downloaded at www.imi.gov.my (please print both side) or obtained at the Embassy |

2. | Malaysian International Passport (original and 2 photocopies of page with personal details and page with Russian visa) |

3. | Malaysian Identity Card (original and 2 photocopies) |
|
4. | Letter (Spravka in English) from university, college or school, confirming the status as a bona fide student if applicant is on Student Visa (Original and 1 photocopy) |

Letter (Spravka in English) from company confirming the status as an employee if applicant is on working visa (Original and 1 photocopy) |

6. | Registration Slip (Original and 2 photocopies)

Russian Immigration Card (Original and 2 photocopies)

8. | 2 colored photographs with white background, size 3.5 cm x 5.0 cm |

9. | Validity/Fee/Mode of payment:
Validity: Valid for five (5) years from the date of issue.
Fee:
a. Ordinary (13 years old until 29 years old) RM200.00 or equivalent with local currency (Ruble)
b. Senior citizens (above 60 years old) RM 100.00 or equivalent with local currency (Ruble)
c. Children (12 years and below) RM200.00 or equivalent with local currency (Ruble)
d. Disabled (OKU) - Gratis
Mode of Payment: Cash
Note: Disabled applicants are required to attach the Disable Card issued by the Social Welfare Department as evidence.

| e. | Parents Marriage Certificate (original and 2 photocopies) – for first time applicants. |
NOTE: Processing takes three/four months.
All photocopies are required to be made in A4 size paper
