Moscow, 17 Nov. 2017 - The Embassy of Malaysia in Moscow encourages all Malaysians including the students who are currently residing in the Russian Federation to register as Malaysia voter (Pengundi Luar Negara). You may register online or come to the Embassy during office hours to fill up the Voter Registration Form. Bring along your Malaysian passport and identification card to complete the process. In conjunction with the upcoming events, the Embassy will also be arranging a Special Consular Counter including for voting registration and renewal of passport services, as follows:
