YBhg. Datuk Mat Dris Haji Yaacob, Ambassador-Designate of Malaysia to the Russian Federation received a courtesy call from YBhg. Datuk Haji Ab. Ghaffar bin A.Tambi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Malaysia (MOTAC) at his office on 18 September 2017. The Secretary General of MOTAC was in town for his cultural visit in Moscow in conjunction with the 50th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between Malaysia and Russian Federation.
