The invitation of the Office of the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan, held at the Moscow International House of Music, Kosmodamianskaya Embankment. The Gala Evening dedicated to the celebration of the Republic Tatarstan Culture Days in Moscow, on Thursday, 24th of August 2023. Nearly 350 invitees attended the said Gala Evening that included representatives from more than 40 Foreign Embassies in Moscow such as Turkey, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Bahrain, Yemen, Palestine, Jordan, Iran, China, South Africa, Thailand, Vietnam, among others.
The Gala Evening was held since 2010 as to commemorate the declaration on state sovereignty of the Republic that was adopted on August 30, 1990. As expected, the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mr. Rustam Minnikhanov also attended with other VVIPs, namely the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, Mr. Marat Khusnullin and Moscow's Mayor, Mr. Sergei Sobyanin.
During the event, Mr. Faizal Shani he had the opportunity to met with HE Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of Tatarstan, and Mr. Rushan Abbyasov, the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Muftis Council, cum the Director of the International Department of the Russia Muftis Council (RMC).
