On Friday 8 July 2011, H.E. Dato Zainol Abidin Omar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Malaysia to the Republic of Armenia, with residence in Moscow, presented his Letter of Credence to H.E. Serzh Sargsyan at the Presidential Palace in Yerevan. The Ambassador was accompanied by his spouse, Datin Rusamelia Rusland and Counsellor Mr. Syahnaz Akhtar Mat Ali. The ceremony was also attended by officials from the Presidential Office and officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.
In his speech during the Presentation of Credentials, the Ambassador conveyed the warmest felicitations and best wishes from SPB Yang Di-Pertuan Agong’s for the President’s good health, happiness and for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of Armenia. The Ambassador also expressed his hopes that the bilateral relations with Armenia would be enhanced for the benefit of both countries.
