His Excellency Datuk Mat Dris Haji Yaacob, Ambassador Extraordinary & Plenipotentiary of Malaysia to the Russian Federation presented his Letter of Credence (LOC) to President Vladimir Putin on 3rd October 2017. The historic ceremony was held at the Alexander Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace. He is the fourteen (14th) Ambassador of Malaysia to the Russian Federation. Twenty (20) Head of Missions presented their respective LOC to the Russian President.
