TALENCORP BRIEFING BY HIS EXCELLENCY DATO’ ZAINOL ABIDIN OMAR, AMBASSADOR OF MALAYSIA TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION TO MALAYSIAN STUDENTS IN NIZHNY NOVGOROD
The Ambassador of Malaysia to the Russian Federation, Y.Bhg. Dato’ Zainol Abidin Omar met with Malaysian students who are currently studying at the Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy (NNSMA) on 14 April 2012. This session was attended by 20 final year students from the University who will be graduating in the middle of this year.
The main purpose of the meeting was to enable the Ambassador to brief the students on TalentCorp’s program to encourage Malaysian professionals to return and serve in Malaysia. Apart from that the Ambassador also touched on the 12 National Key Economic Areas (NKEA) of the Economic Transformation Programme (ETP). In addition, the Ambassador also briefed the students on the current developments in Malaysia. Y.Bhg. Dato’ Zainol encouraged all the students to return to Malaysia to serve the country and contribute towards the goal of Malaysia attaining a high-income country status by 2020. The briefing was followed by a Question and Answer session with the students.
Mr. Suhaimi Zainuddin, Director of MARA and Miss Najwa Musyrifah Ramli, First Secretary/Consul were also present during the briefing.
