H.E. Dato’ Hayati Ismail, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Russian Federation and officials of the Embassy visited the ASEAN Centre Moscow at the MGIMO University on 12 November 2015. ASEAN Centre has been a platform for ASEAN and Russia to expand its Dialogue Partnership. The visit was aimed at learning further the role and function of the centre being a platform for partnership expansion between ASEAN and Russia.
