Between 16 – 19 April 2026, Ambassador of Malaysia together with ASEAN Ambassadors met Rais Rustam Minnikhanov at Kazan Kremlin. Discussions focused on trade & investment opportunities in Tatarstan, as well as cooperation in petrochemicals, manufacturing, tourism, education and cultural.
