Passport Renewal

PERMOHONAN PASPOT

Dimaklumkan bahawa permohonan paspot Malaysia perlu dibuat di Kedutaan Besar Malaysia Riyadh dengan mengemukakan dokumen-dokumen asal serta 2 salinan fotostat tiap-tiap satu seperti berikut:

Paspot orang dewasa:

(1) Paspot Malaysia (fotostat semua mukasurat - 1 set dan muka surat 1-3 sahaja, 1set)

(2) Kad pengenalan Malaysia (fotostat depan dan belakang)

(3) Sijil Kelahiran (jika ada)

(4) Iqamah Arab Saudi

(5) Gambar terbaru ukuran paspot (3 keping - sila lihat contoh yang disertakan)

Paspot kanak-kanak:

(1) Paspot Malaysia kanak-kanak (fotostat semua mukasurat - 1 set dan  muka surat

     1-3 sahaja 1 set)

(2) Kad pengenalan Malaysia atau MyKid kanak-kanak - jika ada (fotostat depan

     dan belakang)

(3) Sijil Kelahiran kanak-kanak

(4) Kad Pengenalan Ibubapa

(5) Sijil Perkahwinan Ibubapa

(6) Iqamah Arab Saudi kanak-kanak dan ibubapa

(5) Gambar terbaru kanak-kanak ukuran paspot (3 keping)

(Nota:  Pemohon paspot samada dewasa atau kanak-kanak perlu hadir di Kedutaan ini untuk pengambilan cop jari pada borang permohonan)

2.         Untuk makluman, permohonan paspot Malaysia perlu dihantar ke Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia di Putrajaya untuk diproses dan permohonan tersebut boleh dihantar melalui Kedutaan ini dimana ianya akan mengambil masa antara 3 hingga 4 bulan.

Application for a new Malaysian passport/renewal should be submitted in person by the applicant at the Embassy of Malaysia, Riyadh together with the following documents:

a. Current passport and a photocopy of the passport (First & Second Page);
b. Three recent passport size photos with white background; (as per the specs)
c. Malaysian I.D card and two photocopies of the I.D; (front and back)
d. Valid Iqamah and two photocopies of the Iqamah + English Translation;
e. A duly completed passport application form (the form is available at the Embassy)

2. Please be informed that there are three ways in applying for the passport, i.e:

(i) Submission of the application to be made by the Embassy via Diplomatic Bag to the Dept. of Immigration, Putrajaya for processing. The process will take no less than 4 months.

(ii) Submission of the application to be made by the applicant (by courier) to a person authorized by the applicant (family member or trusted friend). The passport application will then be forwarded in person by the authorized person to the Dept. of Immigration, Putrajaya for processing. Once the passport has been issued, the Dept. of Immigration will then send the renewed passport to the Embassy via Diplomatic Bag. This process may take around 2 months (SUBMIT A COPY OF THE AUTHORIZED PERSON I.C)

(iii) The applicant can also apply for the renewal of passport at the Consulate General of Malaysia, Jeddah. The process for the renewal of passport will take about one day. Below are the details of the Consulate General of Malaysia, Jeddah:
