The Embassy of Malaysia successfully concluded its training programs for the year 2011 with a one-day workshop on motivation and communication skills on 29 December 2011. The program which was held at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, Riyadh had been well attended by Home Based Staffs and Local Recruited Staffs of the Embassy.
The objectives of the workshop are :
- To discuss and enlighten participants on ways to communicate effectively;
- To educate participants on various methods of communication; and
- To offer an action plan to overcome barriers to communication.
In general, the programme was well attended and executed. All staffs showed their excitement to acquire new or refreshed information by the questions asked and their eagerness to participate during the sessions.
