H.E. Assoc. Prof. Syed Omar Al-Saggaf paid a courtesy call on HRH Prince Naif bin Abdul Aziz on 25 April 2009 to congratulate HRH Prince Naif on the appointment as the Second Deputy Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia in March 2009.
The courtesy call was held in HRH Prince Naif's palace in Riyadh and was joined by several Ambassadors
