The Malaysia Fest 2013 was recently held at Sabic Beach Camp, Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 1st February 2013. The Fest was opened to all Malaysians living and working in the eastern province of the Kingdom namely; Jubail, Dammam, Khobar, Hofuf and Dhahran.
The event, which was organized by Kelab Rakyat Malaysia Jubail (KRMJ) kicked-off at 8 am and ended at 4 pm was officiated by H.E. Prof. Datuk Syed Omar Al Saggaf, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Fest was coloured with a number of nicely decorated booths and stalls depicting the country’s beautiful natural attractions and diversity while welcoming the guests to the variety of delicious and scrumptious Malaysian cuisine.
The Malaysia Fest has always been ‘the place’ for Malaysians in the eastern province to connect, interact, bond and socialize in which during the event, the Embassy took the opportunity to open a Consular Services Booth for Passport Renewal, Birth Registration, documents certification etc., while socializing at the side, The Embassy of Malaysia wishes to congratulate Mr. Sazali, the Project Manager of the Malaysia Fest 2013 and the KRMJ’s committee for organizing a successful event.
