YB Dato’ Seri Diraja Dr. Zambry Abd Kadir, Minister of Higher Education of Malaysia, undertook an official visit to Riyadh from 13 to 14 April 2025 at the invitation of H.E. Youssef bin Abdullah Al-Bunyan, Saudi Minister of Education. The visit coincided with YB Minister’s participation as a panellist at the Human Capability Initiative (HCI) 2025 International Conference.
During the two-day visit, YB Minister took part in the Ministerial Roundtable and served as a panellist in the session titled “Human Capabilities as an Economic Catalyst – Unlocking Potential for Prosperity.” He also held bilateral meetings with his counterparts from Saudi Arabia and South Korea to explore opportunities for collaboration in higher education and talent development. YB Minister was accompanied by H.E. Datuk Wan Zaidi Wan Abdullah, Malaysia’s Ambassador to the Kingdom, and the official delegation.
