On 24 March 2013, The Embassy of Malaysia in Riyadh organized a one-day talk / briefing on ‘Saudi Labour Law’ for all the HBS officials. The talk was given by Mr. Marcus Ratta, a legal advisor to a law firm - Salah Al-Hejailan in the Kingdom. Mainly the talk covered on the fundamentals of employment in KSA, employment contract, termination, end of service benefit (EOSB) and dispute resolution. |
