SECOND ROUND NEGOTIATIONS OF THE DOUBLE TAXATION AND PREVENTION OF FISCAL EVASION AGREEMENT (DTA) BETWEEN MALAYSIA AND SENEGAL, 16 ~ 18 DECEMBER 2008

A delegation representing the Government of Senegal and a delegation representing the Government of Malaysia met in Dakar, Senegal from 16 to 18 December 2008 for the second round of negotiations of the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Fiscal Evasion between the Republic of Senegal and Malaysia.  The Senegalese delegation was led by Mr. El Hadj Ibrahima Diop, Director of Legislation, Studies and Legal Affairs in the Department of Taxes and Estates, Ministry of Economy and Finance Senegal, while, the Malaysian delegation was led by Mrs. Khodijah binti Abdullah, Deputy Undersecretary of the Tax Analysis Division, Ministry of Finance Malaysia.
