The Minister of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology (MOHERST) of The Gambia, Honourable Badara A. Joof visited the Embassy of Malaysia in Dakar on 16 May 2017 and was received by H.E. Sharrina Abdullah, Ambassador of Malaysia to Senegal.
The Visit was made at the request by the Minister who was interested in having a discussion with the Ambassador on strengthening Malaysia - Gambia relations in higher education. The Minister and the delegation which comprised of MOHERST, The University of The Gambia and The Gambia Technical Training Institute were in Dakar for an Official Visit from 14 to 21 May 2017.
