NEW APPOINTMENT SYSTEM, AND REVISED ENQUIRY PROCEDURE FOR CONSULAR SERVICES AT THE HIGH COMMISSION OF MALAYSIA, SINGAPORE

The High Commission of Malaysia, Singapore wishes to inform members of the public that a new appointment system for consular service, and revised enquiry procedure will be implemented with effect from 16 February 2026.

NEW APPOINTMENT SYSTEM

2.         Under the new appointment system, members of the public that require consular services shall book appointment slots online in advance via http://mhc-consular-appointments.com.

3.         With the implementation of the new system, all requests for appointment made through email but have yet to receive a response will need to go through the new system. Appointment requests submitted through email will no longer be accepted or processed.

REVISED ENQUIRY PROCEDURE

4.         The High Commission of Malaysia, Singapore wishes to further inform that all telephone enquiries on consular services will be discontinued. All enquiries on consular services shall be submitted in writing via email to consular@mhc.org.sg.

5.         These measures are introduced to ensure fair and timely access, operational efficiency, consistency of information, and orderly service delivery.

6.     The High Commission of Malaysia, Singapore appreciates the cooperation and understanding of members of the public as these measures are implemented to improve service delivery in line with best administrative practices.
